All estimates are usually valid for 30 days. In the majority of cases this is unlikely to alter however we may choose to revisit the property free of charge and confirm this.

Painting and Wallpapering: As soon as plaster is dry usually within 3 to 4 days however in some cases it can take up to two weeks to dry. We can usually advise on this after plaster has been removed.

Normally no. However, this is something we would assess and advise on a case by case basis as it depends on the extent of works, age and personal circumstances of occupants. (e.g elderly / pregnant, small children) we try as far as is reasonably practicable to keep disruption to a minimum during the works. Dust settlement after the completion of works is unavoidable, and it can take several days to cease, although ventilating the property accelerates this significantly. We will discuss this with you prior to any work commencing.

National companies often have higher overheads; sales managers, large offices, business rates and sometimes sub contract work out so need to account for their mark up.

Sometimes the reason is smaller companies, usually single person operators will have lower overheads than us but more often than not the main reason is that a cheaper price suggests a less effective treatment method. For more information please visit our Why Choose Us page.
