This week we started work on this property in Cornwall. The client has asked us to convert the loft space adding two extra bedrooms to the property as well as A spacious en suite! We have already started stripping one elevation, begun prep work on the first floor for new steels to carry the new construction above. We will be installing new windows, aswel as Velux sky lights! Work is well underway as you can see and the team are already making good progress!
