We do not climb gates, fences or garages due to staff safety and liability of damages. Should you need to book in a second visit our customer service team is on hand to help.

Our regular window cleaning service works on a scheduling route planner which can change month by month so although we can give you a text reminder the evening before we are due for padlocked gates we will not be able to give you an exact time. For our gutter services if you do not have a outside power socket we can send you a 3 hour time slot as you will need to be home so we can plug in our gutter vac.

Due to the nature of our scheduling programme we are not able to change or cancel our services at short notice, you will receive one of our text reminders the evening before we are due this should be ample time to let us know of any issues. If we arrive at your property and are unable to access some parts a regular charge will apply.

Our water has went through a purification process which removes these minerals meaning only pure water is applied to your windows. The dirt on your windows fills up the space where these minerals were and we then give a final rinse leaving your windows sparkling and spot free.

In areas where there is lots of trees you may need to have your gutters cleared twice per year, in areas where there is less trees once per year should suffice.
