How can I pay for my oil or service?

We can accept payment by debit or credit card via the telephone. We also accept cheques, we would prefer cash to be delivered in person to our head office but we understand if that is not possible. We also offer direct debit either as a one off payment for your oil or our flexible payment plan which spreads the cost of your fuel over the year so that your bills are far more manageable.

What are the key benefits of Premium HomeHeat 28?

Premium HomeHeat 28 lowers carbon build-up; stabilises fuel; inhibits sludge formation; keeps fuel fresher, for longer; reduces service problems and improves system efficiency

I have an Aga cooker which has been suffering from an increased build up of carbon deposits and has meant that I have had it serviced more frequently than ever before, what will Premium Heating oil do for me?

Premium HomeHeat 28 has special ingredients that help avoid fuel degradation, deposits and other operating problems that routinely occur it also contains anti-oxidants which help AGA deposit/carbon build-up type problems but is not guaranteed to cure all problems. Premium HomeHeat 28 also contains many other components that reduce the Char Value of the fuel (that is it ability to form carbon/sooty deposits), improve operating efficiency and reduces the risk of the cooker needing increased number of service calls.

Will Premium HomeHeat 28 be compatible with my boiler/cooker and do I need to consult my engineer or manufacturer first?

Premium HomeHeat 28 meets the same BS 2869 specification and is therefore compatible with your boiler if you are currently using regular kerosene. You do not need to consult your boiler or cooker manufacturer or heating engineer before using it

Why should I have by boiler/cooker serviced?

Regular maintenance is essential for the efficient running of your oil-fired boiler or cooker. Regular servicing offers peace of mind as it can reduce the chance of nuisance breakdowns and can also help to reduce your fuel costs and reduce emissions. Our Heating Department staff can advise you on when and how often your boiler or cooker should be serviced and can arrange for service reminders to be sent to you automatically.
