EXPERIENCED LOFT FITTERS / LOFT TEAMS REQUIRED FOR IMMEDIATE START.nAwc loft conversions is looking for skilled loft conversion fitters for an immediate start working in and around Reading. Although our conversions are primarily within Reading we do cover all of Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Hampshire.nExperienced loft fitters only please. nnThe successful applicant will receive very competitive rates of pay on a self-employed price-work basis. We can offer full-time, long-term work.nnAs a family-run independent business, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. All our loft conversions are project managed and materials are delivered to site leaving you to work continuously on the conversion.nnEssential Skills:n- Must be fully experienced in all types of loft conversions, including flat roof dormers, Velux's and hip-to-gable's n- Must be able to work unsupervised from scale plansn- Must be skilled in 1st fix carpentry/2nd fix carpentryn- Must be able to provide quality finishesnnEssential Requirements:n- Must be punctual and reliable with a good work ethic.n- Must be required to put the hours in to keep the job on schedule.n- Must be physically fit.n- Must be presentable, polite and organised.n- Must be able to work under pressure with a good attitude.n- Must have your own toolsn- Must have your own van / transportn- Must have good communication skillsnnIf the above is of interest to you, then please message details of your loft conversion construction experience in order to be considered.nnONLY APPLY if you have actual loft conversion construction experience and can work off scale plans constructing loft conversions from start to finish.nn2 years minimum experience.
