What area do you cover?
The majority of our jobs are located in London and Greater London however we are eager to travel further afield so please do get in contact to discuss jobs out of this area.
What is your turn around time?
We pride ourselves on getting your Photo and Floor plan instructions back to you within 24 working hours of the visit date. Larger projects may take longer but we will always work within your time frame.
Do you photograph things other than properties?
Yes. Whilst we specialise in property photography, we have the skills and equipment to photograph different subject matter. We have been known to extend our focus to many other subjects such as; portraits, local area shoots, cars and animals. Please do get in contact if you have specific requirements.
How do you gain access to my property?
There are several ways for us to gain access and we will work around your requirements. A few common ways to gain access are picking keys up from a specific location of your request, meeting you at the property to gain access or meeting your estate agent/solicitor at the property.
How long do photography appointments take?
This will vary on the product however a standard photos and floor plan appointment can take anywhere from 45 minutes - 2 hours depending on the size of the property. You will be given a more specific time when ordering the products.

A post survey inspection with my client, when the owner agreed to have a builder open up a part of the timber frame. There was a concrete render, and the timber frame itself a replacement, had rotted and that will need significant repairs to this listed timber frame house. I spent a considerable amount of time with my client, discussing the issues, and of the remedies. If you are buying a timber frame, and there is a concrete render, concealed rots such as this are likely to be present.
