FAQs

How much do the bulk bags weigh?

Bulk bags of sand, stone and aggregate material weigh approximately 875kg. In the case of soils and bark they are not sold by weight but based on coverage(see below)

When will we expect to receive delivery?

We aim to send all our deliveries out as soon as possible. Sometimes this is can be same day or next day. Please bare in mind that in busy periods this could be longer. If a specific delivery date is required please give as much notice as possible.

Why are my patio flags/ block paviours going white?

Efflorescence occurs when water-soluble salts within concrete migrate to the surface and react with carbon dioxide to form calcium carbonate. This substance remains visible on the surface of the hardscape products like pavers, slabs and walls in the form of a white haze. It may be visible during the initial installation, but can also appear later, seemingly at random. It is not unusual for efflorescence to appear up to 24 months after the manufacturing date. While it is unsightly, it does not mean the pavers are of poor quality. There is currently no manufacturing process that can eliminate it.

What is your returns policy?

We do not do refunds on over ordered turf as this is a perishable item. We also do not refund made to measure fence panels or special order items. All other items returned will incur a 25% restocking charge.
