FAQs
What happens if I wish to cancel my visits?
We ask for 30 days written notice if you no longer need our regular services. For any ad hoc jobs we require a minimum of 7 days unless it is under exceptional circumstances.
What happens if the weather is bad?
We are called Man for all Seasons for a reason and will get to you in all weathers! However in extreme conditions we will call to reschedule when necessary.
Do you sell plants?
Yes, we can source plants for you, please do get in touch if you would like to discuss your planting scheme or have something in particular that you would like us to find.
What do you do in the winter?
Winter is one of our busiest times of the year due to our wide range of services and the gardens that we look after, thankfully we keep busy during what can sometimes be the quiter months. Winter months are often an opportunity for larger scale cut backs, clearance and pruning and we do offer a pressure washing and waste management service if required.
How long does a garden design project take?
This depends on your bespoke requirements and what you are looking to achieve, but generally we have a 6 month wait list for garden design projects. If you would like something created next year then please do get in touch sooner rather than later to book your consultation. On-site work times range from 3 days for small courtyard gardens all the way up to 14 weeks and beyond for larger projects if needed.
