Which areas do you cover?

We are happy to quote for work in Hertfordshire, Essex, North London, Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire. For larger commercial projects we are happy to quote on a national basis.

Is the work guaranteed?

All our hard landscaping is guaranteed for five years. Soft landscaping is at our discretion. That is to say if the plants or turf have been neglected we may not feel it our duty to replace it. Customer satisfaction is always our priority though, so hopefully we can come to a happy compromise.

Will it cost more than the quotation?

You will receive a formal written quotation and unless there are changes made and agreed by you on site during the works, this is what you will pay. A quotation is not an estimate, you will not have to pay more.

Do you offer an aftercare service on your installations?

We are happy to arrange a maintenance schedule on any garden we install. We are as keen as you are to ensure your investment remains looking as pristine as the day we completed the work for you. Most clients prefer to arrange an annual service.
