My dad had a rat problem, so I called Willis pest control after finding out that the local council no longer deal with this issue. I called at 08:30am on a Saturday morning, and someone was out by 11am!!! The guy put some treatment down and came back after 2 weeks to check on the progress. The problem was resolved and we have a follow up period, just in case there are other problems over the next couple of months. Quality service, great advice given, and a calm experienced practice when carrying out work. Again, I can't recommend this service enough.
