Expert Pressure & Power Washing in Southampton

Algae flourishes in dark and shaded areas and can be quite stubborn. In these before, during and after shots you can see it gets worse before it gets better. All the pots and other gardening tools were removed from the display wall which was then thoroughly pressure washed. The brickwork was also cleaned before the main paving was tackled. The pointing was covered in moss and looked fragile, but in fact it was by and large intact. Vastly lowering the pressure to remove this moss was the first task, this allows any areas that need repairs to be identified. All door and window frames were washed down with soap and water and the brickwork (itself affected by algae where the wall meets the patio). Other areas of the property were washed including the two garage doors and the rendered decorative areas above. All were covered in a black film caused by airborne particulates and when treated with cleaning agents the true colour and finish shone through as if brand new; quite a reveal. Thank you to the customer who kept me going through the bad weather throughout with tea, coffee, sandwiches and a slice of lemon cake! :)...
