Our team was in Bushey in Hertfordshire to install new fascia, soffit and gutters on this local authority property. We only use the best materials, and in this case used Divoroll Elite 200 by BMI Redland. This breathable underlay comes with 4 polypropylene layers, and is reinforced with mesh for higher resistance and strength perfect for pitched roofs. The vapour permeable underlay can be used without eaves ventilation and provides a wind-tight sealed roof system for both warm and hybrid roofs- thus improving energy efficiency, something very much to the fore in our customers’ minds. It also has two integral tapes so does not require an overlap batten, which provides extra cost saving.
