The whole of the Aquaheat Ashford team, from start to finish, were polite, helpful, professional. They communicated with each other to deliver an exemplary service and can be very proud of everything they do. As a family run firm they support and complement each others' skills and are clearly committed to the area and its people. Clinton and Ryan installed our Worcester Bosch system in a record time so that we avoided the dreadful effects of winter weather. We would recommend Aquaheat Ashford to anyone who is suffering from poor plumbing or heating. Happy Christmas and a Very Prosperous New Year to you all.

We have used Aquaheat previously to have A/C installed into my parents’ house, we were so impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail, we decided to use Aquaheat again to have our 24-year-old boiler replaced.
We found these installers on google, was very impressed, no pushy sales people, lovely to see they turned up on time, Trevor & Matt were very polite, covered and protected our floors, nice to see a bit of respect for property, boiler fully installed in one day, double checked everything in good working order and we are now left toasty with central heating and hot water.
They were extremely professional, hardworking and courteous from start to finish.
They listened to us and changed some pipe work to suit us and asked if we had any questions every day.
Trevor and Matt worked very well together and both explained in detail what was being installed and how it all worked.
Excellent customer service, every detail of the installation explained clearly.
