What a wonderful surprise! Coming home to find my daughter's bed beautifully made ready for her that evening. With my disabled daughter's additional needs bedtimes can be tricky at the best of times, add in trying to make her bed after an 'accident' while providing eyes on care dials up the stress levels. Finding the bed already made was truly wonderful that evening. We hadn't asked or expected it so all the more amazing! We have been working with FastKlean for almost a year and knowing Dora is coming each week adds to our important family support network. Denis was very friendly and professional, he helped me book carpet cleaning for my flat and I am very pleased with his customer service skills.
FastKlean showed up on time, removed the door to the oven and cleaned between the glass pains; removed the heating elements from the clips and cleaned out the entire ceiling which was totally black, and also cleaned the grills and the rest of the inside.
Cleaned a recently renovated apartment and scoured dust and debris for when we moved in.
Have to say that FastKlean did their best to remedy the situation, sending another cleaner down as soon as they could and getting them to stay longer to get the job done.
First Niki and then Diana came and both did an outstanding job, working without tiring and really taking pride in their work.
