Used Magna for a ASHP, new radiators and underfloor heating, they were very professional and competitively priced. Dan and Chris worked exceptionally hard during the install and nothing was too much trouble, the house was cleaned down everyday. The technical knowledge of Vinny was of a higher standard than other companies we spoke to during the research phase and he was a real product expert. Cannot fault the work or support received, would definitely recommend.

Right from the start when sales rep Jon visited my property to give me a quote I have found Magna Renewables to be very professional and their standard of workmanship has been second to none.
However, I have to say that they did a mistake of not laying the heat pump on concrete but after reporting they did acknowledged the mistake and corrected which I am happy with
Absolutely immaculate install of an Air pump, very friendly and informative staff as I had no clue about the install requirements.
Weather conditions in December were constantly wet but they got the heat pump positioned and it was soon connected up by their electricians.
The install took about a week and throughout the whole process the engineers kept us informed on progress and checked with us if there were any changes to the work they had planned for the day.
Magna Renewables did a large job for us fitting a Heat Source Pump, and while there were the odd teething problem (you always do on a complex job), they were supportive, solved issues quickly and the system has been flawless for the last 8 months.
Their quotation was thoroughly discussed with us so that we knew what we were buying and had confidence in their proposals.
A standout for me was the hands-on role of Vinnie the owner and CEO who personally dealt with our quote, explained the process and handled any subsequent queries, including prompt responses and call backs.
Positive Professionalism
Magna's office staff and engineers were very helpful, friendly and I wouldn't hesitate in using Magna for future works.
