Sentiment Analysis
Despite horrendous weather at times 5 men worked on my roof and stripped, lifted the pitch and put it back together.
Very well organised with scaffolding and start date will recommend to everyone as so pleased with the work carried out really good bunch of lads ππππππ β¦
They had an amazing response time and was able to work along side me in order to ensure I was happy with the given quote and work that was being done to the roof.
Jake came to give us a quote on our back roof which was an absolute mess and causing a massive leak in our back bedroom, really professional with photo evidence of everything - 4 weeks later started work, lads cracked on in wind, rain and hail, cleaned everything up when they left, provided photos for every step of what they did.
I really can't recommend jake and his team enough, a complete new roof , underlay renewed, guttering and fascia boards compleated within 4 days.
Thanks to Mark who managed the end to end service and called for feedback and to ensure that I was happy with the work, and to the lads who were both polite and punctual.
After getting some dodgy beggar charge us 700 quid for a shoddy bit of work it was refreshing to speak to Jake from Roofmate who was very honest, friendly, and up front with us.
I dont know where to start I was a bit dubious of having my roof done what if they make a mess and I have to pay again.
After several failed attempts to get a roofer to give me a quote for a leak in my roof I phoned roofmate, jake rang me back and arranged a day to come and give me a quote.
The team that come out to carry out the works were very professional, polite and hardworking and I have to admit probably the nicest builders I have ever had to deal with!
