Lexden Builders latest project location straight road ,Colchester a new rear extension and renovation,the entire ground floor rear elevation walls, internal load bearing internal walls were removed and steels installed, garage converted as part of the extension to floe as one.Our mission once prepped create an open planned living space which gave us a total of 70 m2 in space to work with,snug room,office,herringbone wall tiling,aluminium bi folding doors with integral blinds,karndenne flooring in herringbone and a border,utility boot room,fitted kitchen with a large socialising island with wine cooler and quartz work tops,ceramic butler sink,range master cooker,aluminium sky lanterns,warm deck roof,parapet wall,coping stones and water hoppers,out side landscaping with evening feature led lighting and a love seat. We are really happy with the finished product this has also been a feature on karndenne.co.uk website. Enjoy Matt, Lukka and family also thank you for your patience.
