Typically, we can book you in for a same day service at whatever time you require. Occasionally, if we are booked up that day, we will book you in for your chosen time the next day. If you are having major issues we will always do our best to be there as soon as possible.

Drains can block due to a wide variety of reasons. It can be due to a damaged drain, excessive use of wet wipes or other items not designed to be flushed, a poorly designed drainage run, fat deposits that have collected within the inner bore of the pipe or root infiltration. It can be caused by a human error, or just an unfortunate event.

All of our staff are trained to exceptionally high standards. Our technicians are registered members of the WJA (water jetting association). All our staff engage in a 6 month training program to make sure they are trained to the highest standards that our customers expect.

Jetting is the most effective way of clearing a drain for a number of reasons. The first being that jetting offers substantially more force in removing a blockage and second is that when using rods there is often a risk they can break and become trapped, creating more of an issue.
