Greystone Care Home reached out to S&J Roofing Bath looking for a reliable contractor to work within a care home grounds, providing the high quality level of service they require. To allow S&J to put together a proposal document of roofing works required S&J arranged a site visit to take place between the site contact and our Company Owner. This can involve having a view at the roof/access from ground level, alternatively if access is available then we will be more than happy to get onto the roof to perform a more in depth observation. Site visits allow us to review the works and prepare the proposal. After the site visit and review Mr Shellard advised that a Lower Elevation Flat Roof Renewal and Large Main Roof Elevation Renewal is necessary for this project. Mr Shellard put a team of specialised flat roofers to carry out the project, using the single ply system, which offers a 70 year plus life expectancy!
