There were 35 slipped tiles due to the batten which had been exposed to weather conditions the roof needed a complete felt and batten replacement. 👷 The work we carried out were to lift 40 loose ridges, put to one side, lift 40 sqm of roof remove rotten battens, install new felt and batten, re-lay original tiles, re-lay the ridge with fresh mortar mix – this includes the additional 50x tiles as replacement.
