Eyre Court is a prestigious residential block in London’s St Johns Wood and is located opposite the Finchley Road entrance of St Johns Wood underground station. Advanced Roofing Solutions were contracted as principal contractor by Trust Premier Property Management to prepare and overlay 2200m² of asphalt roof with the Triflex Protect, cold applied PMMA resin roofing system which forms a completely seamless and elastic waterproof membrane that can withstand maintenance foot traffic and is covered by a 25 year guarantee. The roof at Eyre Court is a mansard design with outer slate tile faces that discharge rainwater into a large parapet gutter at the bottom with a flat roof on top. The parapet gutter runs along the entire perimeter of the front and both side elevations with a total area of 500m² and was overlaid with the Triflex ProDetail cold-applied PMMA resin detailing system and is now covered by a 10 year guarantee. The installation was complicated by the sheer amount of heating pipes and penetrations on the roof however, our installers worked meticulously and delivered a superb, fully guaranteed roofing solution that will perform for many years and has the added benefit of being able to be directly overlaid with Triflex waterproofing at any point in the future.
