There are no time restrictions as to when you can place an order, however we usually advise a minimum of 2 working days notice to deliver standard materials and 4-6 weeks for purchase of bespoke branded or coloured kit (from the day the order was received). All lead times are subject to the availability of stock.

Customers are required to accept materials in writing on delivery by signing a delivery note confirming they are happy with the goods delivered and that the amounts delivered represent that of the delivery note. Any discrepancies are to be identified on the delivery note at point of delivery.

Due to factors outside of our control (traffic, holdup on sites etc.), we cannot guarantee a specific time of delivery. All materials will normally be delivered between 8.00 am and 5.00 pm. We will always endeavour to meet early/late or am/pm requests but cannot guarantee this and additional charges may apply. The driver will always call and let you know when they are close to the site. If a driver has to wait onsite to off-load materials for longer than 45 minutes while you arrange a forklift to unload, a waiting charge will apply. Our drivers can unload with moffett on an aided delivery for an additional charge.

Please ensure your site is fully prepared for delivery on a HIAB (craned) or articulated delivery lorry. If you are concerned about site access or ground conditions please contact us well in advance of delivery or collection so that we can discuss the options with you. Unless we have agreed otherwise, you are responsible for informing any third parties on site of our arrival.

Free delivery & training comes as standard practice with all purchases of our Macdeck system. We feel that training and introducing our product to you is important as we value each customer, and providing a face to face service means we can start our relationship off the same way we mean to go on.
