Boiler Service & Repair Engineer RequirednnChiswell Heating Limited are well established in Leicestershire and are now looking to grow. We are currently looking for someone to join the team. You would be expected to provide a high standard of work and have friendly approach the our customers. You would need to be able to attend a wide variety jobs on your own and be able to work with a team. Primary role will be to carry out boiler servicing , boiler and central heating repairs and maintenance. The ideal candidate would have vast knowledge of Worcester and Baxi boilers. Must have a good knowledge on central heating systems and basic electrics with some knowledge of most boiler manufacturers and types (Natural Gas Only). You will be required to use our digital software on a mobile phone to see a diary and fill in job reports. (No weekends required. Maybe possible as overtime if desired)nnPay is negotiable depending on experience.nnHours as following. No need to attend the office first. Start from own.nnMonday - Friday 8:30am - 5.30pm (Negotiable)nnTo be considered for this role as a Gas Engineer you must have the following:nnACS Gas Qualified with Qualifications in date with a minimum of 6 months left on the ticket. (CCN1,CKR1,HTR1,CEN1 & CPA1)nOwn hand toolsnUK Driving License.nGood knowledge of boilers and heating systems is a must.nWe would like a candidate with experience as we believe this will be necessary.nnMain servicing role is on modern boilers, Minor and major services on Baxi, Worcester and Ideal boiler.nnThe work will consist of the following:n• Servicing boilers (minor and major.) Including strip downs.n• Maintenance of boilers.n• Testing and commissioning.n• Heating issues. Motorised valve, pumps, water components.n• Changing electrical components. I.e. timers, programmers. Room thermostats.nBoiler and heating repairs. Small and Large.n• Our main focus is Worcester, Baxi, and Ideal boilers.nLandlords certificates (Cp12) .nnIn return the Gas Engineer will receive the following:n• 20 days annual leave + 8 bank holidaysn• Pension (can opt out if you wish)n• Company van inc fuel & insurance. (no personal use)n• Company mobile phone / tabletn• Power tools / specialist tools will be supplied.
