Kimpton have been appointed by Watkin Jones to complete the £6m M&E Contract for the development of the Conington Road Build to Rent (BTR) Scheme in Lewisham, South London. The development will see the build of 322 apartments on Conington Road, split across two blocks on either side of the Ravensbourne river. There is also a 35-story tower that will be topped by a roof garden, or Sky Deck and have views towards the Surrey Hills. Watkin Jones has already begun construction and the Kimpton team are now on site. Completion will be in phases between 2023 and 2024.
